I have been a tenant with this company for over 4 years and have had nothing but good experiences with them my boiler recently wasn't working and they had a contractor out to my property immediately and had it fixed within two days of me reporting the problem!! Always helpful staff and kind on the phone. Have been with different letting agents and Only 1 Properties are by far my favourite!

Have had no fees but would defo recommend to anyone that is looking for a reliable friendly agent!

Excellent company with helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend them to everyone. I have been renting from them for over 8 years now and wouldn't rent with anyone else. Any issues I have had have been sorted quickly and efficiently and I really cannot fault them....

Absolute cowboys who waited till I called environmental health about the rat infestation before they called or answered my calls, only to try and bully and begin harassing me on the phone. Give them a miss people. also a data breach that I'm currently dealing with.
