Well, I don\'t really know where to start. The attitude of the people who work at this branch? The lying. The arguments?
I am so happy to be leaving this estate agent. For the past year they have made my life hell. On leaving they have charged me hundreds of pounds because the flat had "collected dust underneath bed". They never ring you back and are always "just left the office or on another line". I didn\'t have hot water and central heating for weeks on end during winter because the landlord wasn\'t replying. They are absolute cowboys are not professionals and never will be. I understand that they treat a lot of actual professionals who are tenants with little or no respect because of their title as an estate agent. Spread the word and stay away. Disgrace to manchester
