I am sorry that you feel this way but I can assure you we do not discriminate towards housing benefit tenants. We are currently renting to several housing benefit tenants and we are one of few agents in Luton that are happy to do so.
We have a strict referencing criteria and process that we must follow when renting properties out to potential tenants.
Also some Landlord mortgage companies only permit them to rent to full time working professionals which we must also take into consideration.
