I don't know where to start!

SMALL LEEK - it took 3 months for a pipe to be replaced in the bathroom... no apologises made.

TRIED TO BUY THE HOUSE - went though a mortgage application to purchase the house... 4 months later we pulled out days before signing due to total lack of communication from Adore. Our solicitor said he'd never know a purchase where tenants where already living in the property take so long!

DON'T FOLLOW PROCEDURE - They did not give us all the information required by law within 30 days of paying the bond.

The reason S* S* you don't know where to start is that the content of your review has nothing whatsoever to do with the real reason for you taking the time to write it. The real reason you are dissatisfied is because the property owner has applied to the deposit protection service for your bond to be retained as a contribution towards the damage you and your partner Robbie have caused to the property, which has been verified by photographic evidence. As regards the leaking pipe which was immediately identified and isolated in order to ensure that there was no further damage to the property which at the time you were supposed to be purchasing, we made sure you were not left without necessary facilities in any way. As you had indicated you were going to replace the bathroom on completion we found it unusual that you insisted on the tiles being replaced with matching tiles, stating this as a reason to delay the purchase of the property and at the same time withholding the contractual rent. This is clearly a smokescreen to disguise your real complaint which you are reluctant to state publicly. The reason you pulled out of the sale days before signing was nothing to do with adore properties and we understand this was a personal decision of yours as a couple and this can be confirmed by your conveyancer if necessary. I can confirm that at the time of the rental nearly two years ago adore properties complied with all legal requirements relating to your tenancy, including providing the scheme details of the deposit protection service, therefore I believe your last comment to be vindictive and unwarranted.
