We have used Bushells twice, both times to find new tenants for our property. The first time we had a reasonable service but did have to chase various things but no major issues that couldn\'t be resolved.

The second time we used Bushells, was driven by price, but this was a mistake. Although they found a tenant reasonably quickly, the whole rental department was moved to a new office with no notification but the main problem was that PAID THE DEPOSIT INTO SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT, this took over 3 weeks to rectify after it was first questioned. It has now transpired that they have also passed the wrong details to our tenant and so they have ALSO PAID THE RENTAL TO SOMEONE ELSE.

I feel that this is disgraceful service and we wont be making the mistake of going for cheapest price again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Do their job accurately and if they do something wrong then rectify it as quickly as possible whilst keeping people informed rather than relying on other to phone them
