John Caine is the most arrogant, rude person I have had to speak to. Maintenance work never done, people entering the property without giving notice (and giving this is the law!), on inspection people going through your private belongings, totally unacceptable on complaining about this, they did not deal with it in the appropriate way. The team as a whole are VERY unprofessional.
