This branch and specially this real estate "agent" named Lucy Coombes have made me and my flatmates have the most terrible experience in the real estate market in London.
We had to raise multiple disputes regarding our security deposit which has not be returned to date. They are unresponsive and unprofessional.
I will never rent with this agency and I hope that the agency eventually gets rid of fully incompetent people like Lucy Coombes.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the property management service. As your old landlord's PA, I am reviewing the suppliers we use. However, as such I know that in this case you did not receive your security deposit as you and your housemates completely ruined a Rosewood table that cost thousands of pounds. John D Wood were instructed to not release the deposit due to this damage.

Regards,
Mimi

I would say it would be fair if they would do their job correctly and professionaly, without helping landloard chasing for more money. Instead of solving problems they are creating problems.
