we arranged a valuation on the 4th may for the morning of the 11th of may. only to get a call from them at about 5pm the day before to say that the manager was out of town and could not make the appointment that was arranged the week before, even on making the appointment we made it very clear that Friday 11th was the only day that we had free due work, by them cancelling at the end of the day made it impossible to arrange anyone else to do the only day we was free, NOT VERY HELPFUL

What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees were not spelt out clearly enough. It was not clear that the quoted fees did not include VAT. We didn¢â‚¬â„¢t even know about the charge for an inventory check until it was taken out of the 1st months rent.Attached Filesnbsp;
