In early 2018, we sold an existing property and bought a new home, both via Ryder & Dutton in Uppermill.
The entire process was faultless. I knew that Ryder & Dutton had a reputation for being the best agents in the area, but now I understand why.
We used their full service, from Mortgage Advice with Natalia, viewing our new property several times with [a very patient] Anne, viewings of the property we were selling, valuation and ultimately securing our dream property by James, plus we were in constant contact with Jenny & Simon who were also fantastic.
I don't think you can underestimate how important communication is during the house buying/selling process, knowing what is going on is reassuring, and Jenny & Simon made sure that we knew what was happening throughout the process.
We also used the conveyancing services of the solicitors that Ryder & Dutton recommended. They also were great - offering a fast and efficient service, again keeping in contact with us.
Our property was on the market for just 8 days before we received an offer. Once sale and purchase prices were agreed, the whole process then took just 11 weeks, and because of the efficiencies and professionalism of the team at Ryder & Dutton, the whole journey was enjoyable and stress free!
