Cannot fault the way the way that Waterfields dealt with our moves. This covered two sales and a purchase, all of which were dealt with smoothly and with a personal touch - as opposed to being merely a business transaction. We had specific requirements for the purchase property and they listened and ensured these were met, unlike other agents who were just looking to offer anything on their books. There were issues that arose but were handled well despite the potential for problems.
We opted for Waterfields based on previous dealings and were delighted to see that they are still giving a high quality service.
Highly recommended!
