I had to sell my property and go though a lot of stress which the staff at Marshalls really supported me through. They had excellent customer service skills going above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent. I found them very knowledgeable about how to deal with a range of situations and they were always willing to give advice and put things in place to ensure the sale went through and everyone was happy.

The letting side of this company is great until there's a problem with a tenant and then they don't want to know. As a landlord I will be looking elsewhere for a letting agent. Once they have your money they really don't want know....

I had an awful experience with The Letting Agency, in Royston. Very unprofessional not to mention they talk to people really unpolitely. They booked me in for a viewing, confirmed appointment on the day, left work to get there, and nobody showed up at property. When I called them, they told me the appointment was cancelled, but they forgot to contact me. Never heard back from them!!! ...
