when we let the house we were on the understanding that it would be n a clean state, the rubbish in the garden when we veiwed it would be gone ect well on move in day lets just say nothing was done like we were told so we rung the agent and asked what had happened so they popped round to have a look and said they would put a note on the systerm so that when we check out we would not have to clean the carpets/curtains ect.
well the check out is prving a nightmere firtsly charles harding did the check out a week late then never told us what was going on so we called serval times to get answers and in resulted in each member of staff saying a different thing - it had been done, oh its being done now, oh its not booked in untill 2 days time ect what a nightmere and one of the ladys was so rude i wouldn\'t speak to a dog the way she spoke to me!!!
we have been in our new house nearly 2 weeks now and lets just say its still an ongoing battle!!!
to anyone that uses them be prepared for endless phone calls and no answer, crap everytime you call oh and being treated very poorly!!! i would never ever use again even if i was desbrate!!!!!!!
NIGHTMARE AND NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO USES THEM!!!!!!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
it would be a start if they answered the phone, commuitcated with each other so they are all on the same page and take some lessons in manners!!!!!
