Jay and Chloe were very helpful in turning around the forms, patient with minor delays at our end, and gave a warm welcome when we arrived.

My only criticism is that estate agents (in general) seem able to provide very little information about the property itself and how it all works - whether it\'s metered, how to turn on the appliances, any problems with the water etc. If you could make sure you know these details before showing a property, I\'d give an \'excellent\' score.
