Overall the estate agents and the team were amazing at their job.
Some repair jobs took several calls to get them to arrange a repair engineer however everything was always fixed promptly.
The problem came when we left the property after 12 months. The ombudsman rules state that the deposit should be returned within 10 working days, however, after still 15 working days it has not been repaid. I have contacted them 3 times since and still no answer. I managed to log onto the deposit scheme website and found out that not all the deposit was put into the scheme as well.
Also when we arranged to meet the person to do the check out, the person gave the house a quick glance and in no detail.
Even after these problems, I would use them again because they are kind and nice to deal with. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because of the poor communication.
