We would like to praise Julie Malec and for her to be recognised for her exceptional professionalism and performance during our purchase. Julie provided us with a weekly update as to the exact status of our lengthy chain. It was not just Bradley's responsible sale, but Julie went the extra mile and liaised with all other parties, including estate agents and legal representatives, in order to be able to provide us with a fantastic overall review. In her absence Kim Goodfellow also stepped up and provided us with excellent communication. I would not hesitate in using Bradley's Estate Agents in the future. This type of service and support is what separates the traditional estate agent from the on-line agent, in our opinion.
