Townends have managed 4 properties for me in the Croydon area for many years now. It\'s not always easy as maintenance and just simple communication between myself and the tenant is difficult to manage. The tenants work, I work, maintenance has to be done, access is needed. Diane at Townends has always been available to help, arrange to be there or arrange for furniture to be moved.
