Walker Jarvis have been managing properties in the Gravesend area for over 20 years for us. It's true things don't always go the way you want but that is normally due to tenants and not the way that it is handled. I have always found Walker Jarvis trying to do their best in sometimes difficult circumstances. Recently they have gone out of their way to accommodate our requests. Negotiating amicable rent reviews is not an easy task, "you can't please everyone", Happy tenants are staying tenants and it is these that give us our revenue, an empty premises only gives us as landlords nothing but expense and grief.!.! But of course we all suffer from the rogue tenant from time to time.

Utterly terrible, promises of returned phone call's that never happen.
if you want to be charged for your rent twice in the month and be simply told "it's your account it's your responsibility" - despite money being taken by an incorrect standing order then this ...
