Lednor & Company came highly recommended to me and they certainly didn't disappoint. From start to finish, the whole process of selling my property was done in a professional yet friendly manner. A key for me also was their honesty in both valuation and expectation, and you could sense that they pride themselves in offering a quality service. Everything went particularly smoothly and regular updates were offered, as well as timely responses to any query. This is an independent business that is particularly worthy of your attention.
Comment on agent fees
The fees are both reasonable and what you would expect. Online agents might be cheaper, however I feel that you are in much safer hands with Lednor & Company, and you know that what you're getting for your money is quality, experience and professionalism.
