Since we have moved in I had a few issues, which are highly effected on my bills. I reported all these issues, but the problems were never been fixed.
I was waiting 3 months to get a key for the cellar where the electricity meter is, I have got an estimated bill for £500 pounds, because I didn\'t have access to read my meter.
Before we moved in they called me in every hour to get the money sorted, so to pay the deposit and all the rest, so it seemed that we were very important for them...after we moved in, they just didn\'t care.
Unfortunately I can\'t say any positives about their services.
