They say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you will ever do .. We can't thank Becky and Loren enough for helping things run as smoothly as possible with minimal stress. Becky was friendly and approachable when discussing the property we liked and when we made an offer she couldn't of been more helpful. Loren has been fantastic during the process of buying, exchanging etc. She has always phoned us to keep us up to date with even the minor details. We were always confident that if we had a problem/question, Loren would do her very best to sort it/answer it. She has certainly made our experience of buying our second home, a pleasant one !

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
