Where to begin. The fees escalate as soon as you enter into an agreement and the rent and legal guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. They will go to lengths to avoid paying guaranteed unpaid rent (even enocouraging the tenant to pay £50 just to avoid the Rent Guarantee to kick in, as it is only valid for a full months missed rent), the Rent Guarantee takes MONTHS to come through and when it does... Fox and Sons take an entire months worth as their fee. So it is not actually worth the hassle. Avoid.
The Tennants I had were COMPLETELY UNSUITABLE and were utter nightmares. Despite having gone through their 'extensive vetting procedures'. Two separate tenants in a row were utter disasters.. coincidence.. or no actual vetting. Of note Fox and Sons were unable to provide any proof they had done the vetting that they charge £60 per time for.
My property was sublet, trashed, no rent paid, no council tax paid, no bills paid, keys lost (by Fox and Sons and the Tennants) ... and despite having given then agency Full Management... I was expected to resolve and pay for all of the damage and seek compensation from the Tennants!
All Fox and Sons/ Sequence care about is collecting their fees.
Staff give vague and ambiguous answers and then frequently become argumentative when pressed for clear answers. The only way I was ever able to get anything done was to go to the Regional Manager directly.
The whole experience was ten times more stressful than if I had done it by myself... and yet I still had to pay the incredibly high fees.
AVOID!

Higher than the high street average. Which I initially took as a sign of quality.
