I chose YOPA above other estate agents primarily due to the positive and professional meeting with Liz Maxwell, who is not only personable but very knowledgable and experienced in her occupation. Liz worked tirelessly in all weathers, any day and time of the week showing potential buyers around the property for sale. Liz has an open communication ethos, responding very quickly to emails and messages. Liz will endeavour to get the best price for you.
Should I have another property to sell, I would unreservedly use YOPA and hopefully secure the services of Liz again. Thank you Liz for all your efforts in securing the sale of my property.

I'm really sorry you received poor service from Guy, he is no longer within the Yopa business and has employment with a different estate agency in Cambridgeshire. I am upset at the accusations being made against me as they lack foundation.
With regards to my frustration at them not choosing me, they had asked me to come out on a Saturday morning to value their flat which I did. I gave them an estimated value based upon recent sale prices in the area.
