We purchased our house at the end of 2017 with Clarkes.We would highly recommend this professional company.Claire was proactive in resolving a delay on the sellers part and kept us fully updated throughout the whole process.Even when there was no news she was in regular contact to reassure us she was doing everything she could.This was a very anxious time for us and for her support we really can't thank her enough.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to learn customer care, explain things in emails properly, not to be abrupt in emails, if you ask them about paper work that you need to complete not for them to tell you that they have no time to explain at the viewing the flat after you have told them you are taking the flat and paid them money.Attached Filesnbsp;
