Martin and I have both been extremely impressed by Sarah who has supported us through our first time buying a house. From the first meeting, she put our minds at ease regarding the process and answered any queries we had. Sarah has a unique way of explaining systems and processes with analogies which make it all so much easier to understand - especially if you have never been there before. She is always available via a quick email to answer anything you may have forgotten during the meeting. We have never felt rushed througout an appointment and Sarah has been extremely efficient with all our applications - even though we had to complete a paper application (Sarah's first in 10 years) to ensure we got the best deal on the market for us.
Becky, Sarah's assistant, has been amazing in terms of keeping us informed of the stages of the process and where our applications are up to, along with chasing the mortgage company and reluctant solicitors. She has explainined any jargon along the way and been available any time we have had further queiries. She has a really friendly and helpful customer service approach, is extremely efficent and makes you feel at ease with the process.
We would highly recommend using Sarah and Becky, they have both made what can be a very stressful process a lot easier to deal with and taken much of the stress away.
