The management of our property was moved to Austin Rees in 2012, Nick Mills oversaw the transition and steered us attentively to a sound and progressive management schedule.
Kate Elliot, is our designated property manager on a day to day basis, she knows our building well. She is always ready to respond, for example when I called her one day at 1pm because of a water leak, a builder arrived by 2pm.
We have had major refurbishment works carried out on the building over the last few years. There is, of course, always a snagging list at the end and it is important to ensure this is resolved. Austin Rees provide a surveyor for us to liaise with. Good communication is essential and we have all the email addresses of the contacts at Austin Rees. We have been very pleased with the accounting administration and the way that the accounts are kept up to date.
