Well done to Lee for providing superb service when I bought a house in Poet's Corner, Hove.
Lee was likeable and helpful when I viewed (and re-viewed) tons of houses listed with Goldin Lemcke, never making me feel rushed or pressured to list with them (unlike some other agents I viewed with).
Once I did find a place I liked, Lee was very responsive and kept the process moving smoothly. I had made the mistake of listing my own flat with Purple Bricks, who disappeared as soon as I'd accepted an offer. Thankfully, Lee picked up the slack, communicated well with my solicitor, and coordinated the chain to completion.
I have already recommended Lee & Goldin Lemcke to a friend who is looking to buy a flat in the area, and I'll definitely give them a ring when I come to sell (although hopefully that won't be for a long time yet!)
