I used the services of Opel Estates recently as i was looking for a 2 bedroom property but i am very picky, they showed me a number of properties and each time they were professional and polite (think even i would have got annoyed with me haha!), i eventually settled of a flat near the train station. When i went to their office they were very up front about fees and requirements (unlike some agents i have had experiences with), i personally found the fees to be very responsible (again given that i was looking with half the agents in Luton). When i moved i found everything had been done in the flat that i had requested (carpets washed and bits of paint touched up), i am very happy with the service i received from Opel Estates and will defiantly recommend to friends and use them again...hopefully to purchase a property in the next few years as i can see myself being very happy here.

I used to rent from them I agree they are dry rude bullies and proceeded to keep most of my deposit for no good reason when I did move out they were very nice trying to rent me a place but after that they were awful I would avoid and wouldn't touch them with a barge pole... Renters BEWARE even if they seem nice at first, that quickly changes. Don't fall for it ...
