We were selling our house through NPH Pershore but discovered that once they had us on their books they were not particular helpful.
Their communication with us was often abrupt and rude. It also became apparent that they had not carried out checks on our buyers to ensure that they had the funds to purchase and therefore lost the sale.
We subsequently moved agents.
