I had an appointment booked with Alexa. Received an email 9min prior to the appointment that she cannot make it on time, when called it turned out that she didn't have a key. Tried to blame her colleague who took it instead of taking responsibility for her own mistake. When are agents like March and Parsons will start to value other people's time and money?
