James has been lovely, took lots of time on the valuation going through all the details of the service Haart would provide. He conducted our open day, which was great for me as I didn't have the stress of constant viewings, and we had an above asking price offer the same day. James has also been helpful in our search for our next property, and was always happy to do research and give advice.
Comment on agent fees
higher than some but worth it to us for the service provided and lack of stress.
