As a leaseholder of my residence since 1964, I have seen Managing Agents come and go over the past 54 years. I can truthfully say that Bright Willis are the best of them all.
They are approachable, they listen and work with us as a family.
In my opinion we get value for the Agent's fees we pay.

We are currently working from home in line with government guidelines. You are correct that we do not have an answer phone service. However, we do have mobile phones for each member of staff that transfer their calls straight to them at home. We also have the facilities via our website to send an email to us or to report any issues to us. We would be more than happy to make contact with you if you would send us an email with your name, address and number to [email protected]. ...

I’m more than happy to provide evidence for the issues I have highlighted including overflowing bins, damaged letterboxes, unsecured external doors, plus numerous more issues. See attached. Unfortunately the last time I raised a concern via email and via the portal I was met with a sarcastic response. I was also told by the maintenance man that issues being raised were none of my business as I wasn’t the lease holder. ...

Yes, my elderly mother has for years and stilll is being hounded for unexplained amounts, despite copious mounts of requests for transparency and clarification and instead of addressing her legal need for Reasonable Adjustment in large print (or just any information which is her legal right to have0, they have passed it on to a revery firm and slandered my disable, elderly mother. This is a Libellous and inaccurate complaint and must be withdrawn. As MD of Bright Willis(BW) I confirm that this person has raised this point previously and yet will not accept the facts in this matter. BW did NOT order a new car park, BW had NO input other than free advice on application and obtaining the grant, BW did NOT supervise or control this project and did not receive any fees in connection to it.
