Newton Fallowell have acted as my letting agent for my Lincoln property for over 5 years. I cannot fault them. They take all the hassle out of letting my house and respond very quickly to any queries I may have. Highly recommended for their friendliness and excellent customer service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Tell the truth. Honesty. Keep potential clients informed. They should have informed us many weeks ago that our application was not the first. Should have brought the forms on the day of the viewing and should have told us that we needed to complete asap. They should have returned our phone calls and emails. They kept us dangling for six weeks which we have lost when we could have been sourcing other property. Agents like this get other Agents a bad name. I would like to be reimbursed for the 460 mile trip and phone calls that I have had to make. Worst Agent ever.
