We would like to thank all the staff at Reeds Rains Carnforth for our house purchase last month, particularly Jane & Siobhan who we dealt with the most.
All staff were very professional yet approachable and friendly and made our house purchase a hassle-free experience. They were able to answer all questions we had in a timely manner and were more than willing to help us where they could.

I am sorry this is what you have taken away from letting your new home through us.
I personally visited the property the day before you moved and checked the boiler was in working condition, which at the time it was.
Occasionally, even with the most stringent checks, things go wrong. When you called me about the heating I did explain that we check an empty property in approximately 30 minutes, we cannot be in a property for hours at a time to ensure every individual radiator comes on, ...
