The property was sold in very difficult personal circumstances. However Bradley's staff were extremely patient, empathetic and non-judgmental. This made a protracted transaction less stressful. Trustworthy advise was always both personalized and professional. Staff were easily contactable and I was never made to feel I was a bother. Cathy who chased up the tail-end of the sale was a star. Their office manager Robin and mortgage adviser Neal have also been very instrumental to my getting back on the property ladder. An excellent one-stop shop for buying and selling.
