Very disappointed with this company, would NOT recommend. Their Financial Services are disgusting, they ask for £399 on the second meeting for doing very little. Was lied to so they could get commission from mortgage, when mortgage lender actually declined but we was not told this by Holroyds. They have now cost my credit score to have declined greatly with no mortgage to show for it. Then they refused to give us a refund. Would NEVER recommend this place, clearly con artists. Would give minus stars if this was an option.

Utterly useless and unprofessional. Drove nearly an hour for two viewings ,only to get one because none of them have a clue. The nasty little estate agent(Rebecca?) who "greeted " us was rude arrogant, clueless about any information on the property whatsoever and completely unprofessional....

Booked an appointment only to have it cancelled whilst on the bus to the viewing no email sent.Booked it the following day 1 hour on the bus again.Rachel was 25 mins late rushed me round the property and gave me information which i knew was wrong.Not very professional ...
