I don\'t know how to describe the horrible and rudest treatment I received from the manager NOT the assistants. You can imagine the overall professionalism from the way their manager speaks to tenants who dispute their sky-rocketing cost of cleaning the property after you have left. Throwing a bin, changing shower curtain or cleaning 2-3 kitchen utensils costs almost 100 pounds to say the least. It takes 4-5 calls before they agree to make an appointment after you have left the property and want your deposit back. Even if one of the assistant book your for an appointment, the manager would ask you that you should have fixed it with her not her member of staff. The problem is nowhere they publicise their direct line except their universal land line number. I haven\'t seen such a terrible agency in my entire 9 years tenancy history. Hence would highly recommend to STAY AWAY FROM THEM otherwise you will always regret it both during the active life of tenancy period and afterwards because they want to keep most of the deposit for themselves and give you a tiny little bit as a token of deposit return.
