I was struggling to sell my property, and had had it on with another agent who was not doing a grand job. As soon as I switched to Bradleys everything changed and the service was outstanding compared to the previous agents who overpriced my property and were not proactive in attracting viewings.
Bradleys was a breath of fresh air and Robin did a more realistic valuation, and thus was quick to attract interest. As soon as the sale was agreed, Cathy kept me up to speed with the sale and acted above and beyond in seeing that everything was dealt with in the proper manner, communication was five star.
I wish I had gone direct to Bradleys to begin with, but lesson learnt for the future. Thanks guys.
