steer clear at all costs they messed us about with moving in didnt even get to seee house untill moving day 2 months to the day we got call asking if we could move out was told we would be helped with moving expensises but that didnt happen infact was told we didnt have to move it was our choice they found us another house but a week before we was due to move told us they had to let someone else have it so tried to give a flat to us for an extra £150 pcm and wanted £100 admin fees for the trouble BEWARE IF YOU ARE THINKING OF USING THIS AGENT THEY ARE OUT FOR THE MONEY

I have dealt with many estate agents, both, buying / selling & as rental agents, over the years, but I have to say my experience with Simpson's has been 100% positive. They are professional, polite, and honest, very rare these days in the estate agent world....
