I\'m part of a large flat share in a house owned by the owner of CJ Delemere. Each of us have received unprofessional letters including expletives and incredibly venomous language complaining about the state of the kitchen. Upon raising this as an issue with the landlady in a patient and friendly email, I received a similarly venomous email in response and now the landlady (and owner of this disgusting company) seems to spend a good deal of her time phoning and emailing me! She phones and emails other members of the household, too, attempting to turn us against each other.

Paul is a tenant who has upset the cleaning staff, his fellow house sharers by his messy cooking habits. Several staff here at cj have received complaints relating to Paul during his tenancy – not just his Landlady from fellow tenants, ex-tenants and the cleaning team who clean the communal parts of the house her shares. He is an enthusiastic cook and a friendly individual but who is inconsiderate in the shared kitchen. We have sent him friendly and pleasant correspondences which he responds to by his assurances that things will improve. Our correspondences have become more formal and serious because he fails to improve the situation over the last 2 years and the complaints against him keep comming!. When tenants hand in their notice because they can’t use the kitchen because its so messy we feel justified in our direct approach to Paul. He has now been asked to leave the house and we feel his comments are inappropriate and unjustified.
