The property was not inspected, the gardens were not maintained for the entire 30 months, despite constant emails (our neighbours constantly complaining that it was spoiling the value and look of the neighbourhood). Every email response we received from them was a rosy email, but no action was taken in any form. We specifically asked for non smokers and were given smoker(s). Upon cancelling the contract, we were told that there was \'minor\' woodwork damage and the washing machine was damaged alongwith the carpets being stained. When we came back to the property, to our disgust, the carpets were damaged, the sky cable was disconnected (we had to pay 45 pounds as the cable had been cut), the gardens were in terrible order (we have spent over 100 pounds so far, with an expected 20 odd hours more required), not only was the washing machine damaged, but so was the dryer, and the woodwork was in a TERRIBLE state. we were told that these would be repaired and deducted from their bond, which it was not done, and we have had to pay for it all.
