I initially marketed my property with an online agent as I was attracted to their cheap fee. After several months of having to show people around my property and getting no feedback from the online agent I realized what i was paying for was simply for the benefit of using an online portal and not a professional estate agent. I decided to cut my losses and pay a reasonable fee to the guys at Paul Wallace, following a recommendation from a family member. I wish i had made this decision before as i would have saved myself a lot of stress!. Joe in particular was outstanding, he took all of the headache away from me and found a genuine buyer and my sale went through in 6 weeks with no fuss. Joe really does have a great deal of knowledge and he dealt with a few issues that popped up in the chain and was always always on the phone with regular updates.I have already recommended a work colleague to them and would highly recommended Paul Wallace to anyone who is selling their property.
