The sunbury office of townends were superb at keeping me updated throughout the whole process. The valuation given was realistic and they managed to acheive a sale within 2 weeks of me coming to the market. The claim they made on the valuation of being the top agent in the area was certainly backed up with my experience. Chad was very professional and many thanks to nick for finding us a suitable buyer. Certainly recommend using townends to all family and friends
