I rented through Edzell for around a year and throughout that time, I never had cause to complain. The flat was furnished and well looked after, which I'd like to think was the next tenants opinion too. On moving in, the staff at the office were flexible about the contract signing and collecting of keys and always very polite and courteous in my dealings with them.
I had a slight issue with the delivery time of a new freezer, because of my working hours, but Edzell smoothed this out between the landlord and myself to ensure this was dealt with, with minimal fuss. Much the same happened when I requested a new vacuum cleaner, to replace a rather dated model in the property. On leaving my tenancy, everything was again smooth and professionally handled by Edzell.
Now, some time after my lease has expired, I find Edzell proving to be consummate professionals yet again when it came to handling my request for a reference for a new letting agent. They are prompt, efficient and I can honestly say I have nothing but appreciation for the way they conduct their letting business. I have had the misfortune to deal with several less scrupulous agents in the past, Edzell are head and shoulders above many in this business.

Bad - I understand our fee's were higher as we had a lift within our building needing maintenance, but I didn't release how much higher we paid compared to the local average until my neighbours made me aware (over £150 per quarter extra). As a result my former neighbours are now trying to replace Edzell as their factor.
