I'm really pleased i used this company. Everyone was great, very polite and helpful.I could not have expected any more and their fee's were amazing. I will use this company again and i can highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling their property.

Reasonable fees, cheaper than everywhere else I looked. I would recommend getting the Home Report done independently as mine was around £100 cheaper than what was quoted by the estate agent.

You have the option of paying a low fee up front or a higher fee (about 40% more) upon completion of the sale. I'd like to have had the option of using my own solicitor however they supplied the lawyer as per terms and conditions (however their fee was probably circa market norm).
