This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with, they need to be taken down and I do not have one positive thing to say. I would advise anyone considering using this agency to stay away from the start.
The staff are the most unhelpful, rudest individuals as well as being the most incompetent in the field.
We were lied to by the agent, who told us that he had contacted the landlord regarding an enquiry that we had. When we spoke to the landlord, he denied this interaction and New Space was left with no justification. We were told that the agent will be dealt with accordingly but there is no evidence of this happening.
They never answer emails and their whole process is extremely scam-like. They will pester you when they need you to pay (we all had to pay a large sum before even signing anything!), and then made us move into a flat in need of major repairs and nothing was done about it until months after.
They even failed to draft a proper contract and now we are still having trouble despite moving in almost 6 months ago.
I will advise each tenant that comes for a viewing before I leave the property to stay away and spare their time and money.
Comment on agent fees
They do not deserve any of the admin fees since their staff disrupted the letting process instead of facilitating it.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with myself moving into your apartment.
Unfortunately my version of events slightly differ to what you've described here.
The apartment was secured by yourself, and you was due to move in however failed to complete your reference. The reference took over 6 weeks to complete, which is a record by any standards since its usually completed within 48 hours.
I gave countless opportunities for you to complete the required documentation, weeks after the move in date was due. By any agencies standards they would have cancelled your proposed offer, and put the flat back on the market. I worked hard for that not to happen and find it very upsetting to be the root cause of your issue. I have extensive evidence to support the opportunities I gave to complete the referencing for said apartment and pass on to the landlord before move in.
Furthermore, you promised to have the referencing completed as you finally had all the documentation ready so I suggested, once again to try and help speed up the situation, that you pay the move in monies and sign contracts pre-empting the impending completion of the referencing so you could move straight away.
Once again I apologized for any distressed caused however the referencing process is something completed between a third party company and yourself.
I trust your stay has since been more enjoyable since we have facilitated your renewal for another year
