Arranged a viewing for a flat at 2pm. The day before the agent called and changed the viewing tim to 10am. Next morning, wmissed a call and got a voicemail from Isaac Anthony employee at around 9.57am saying she was \'running late\'. When I called back at 10 she was still in the office said she couldn\'t come until 10.45. This was no good as we had another viewing at 11, so she begrudgingly agreed to come then and said she\'d be there in about 20 minutes. We waited in the rain for 25 minutes. While we were waiting we read some of the reviews of Isaac Anthony anyway so were already fairly sure we didn\'t want to rent with them! When the agent finally arrived she did not have the fob or code to enter the building so she spent a further 10 mins or so on the phone to her office trying to find this out. When we finally got into the property she couldn\'t seem to find the flat, going to the wrong floor etc before finally finding the flat. Heaven knows how they behave once they are getting your money if they cannot be bothered behaving in a professional manner towards potential customers.
