Kept me in touch at all stages,disappointing that first `nailed on` tenant fell through,but responded quickly to find another.The full terms,ie.Costs to me were not fully explained,such as the fee for holding a deposit,also some of the wording in lease regarding landlords insurance responibilities were ambiguous,but this was re worded to my satisfaction.There seems to be a little lack of communication between branch and the office as the same complaint existed on the first letting that fell through and the new one,so i had to re iterate it again wasting my time and yours,katy johnson should have informed the next assistant or put on file to prevent this.Overall; professional,polite and informative.
