As a first time buyer, Hannells helped make the whole process of purchasing a property less stressful. Angie was my main point of contact, helping me with any questions and providing updates when available via email and phone.

Good Afternoon, How disappointing that you did not attempt to contact me as the manager to raise/discuss your dis satisfaction, yet felt a compelling need to publish this instead, despite having spoken to me on more than one occasion throughout the sales process.
