Abbie-Jade has been phenomenal, she really has. I spoke to so many agents in the office trying to get Barratts to rectify damage they had done during a repair. She was the ONLY person in the office who managed to sort it out- no one else could after 6 months of wrangling and I had just about given up when she arrived to literally save the day.
Abbie-Jade was incredibly persistent under very difficult circumstances as Barratts didn't make it easy for her but she really came through for me and delivered. I'm so grateful to her. I would whole-heartedly recommend Abbie-Jade, she is a lovely, warm person who provides an excellent service, is very client-focussed and demands high standards of herself .
