Had a really great experience buying our first property ! Little bungalow in an idilic cul de sac. We had great communication and professionalism throughout. Couldn't rate the team higher! Will be using the company again when we decide to sell in years to come!

Comment on agent fees
Compared to other two agents Kelly Home fee was percentage based while the other agents were cheaper but set fee. I preferred Kelly Home fee because our house sale price would matter to them while other agents in the area had set fee is didn't matter to them how much our house was worth.

We chose Kelly's although the fees were not the cheapest quoted - of three agents they were in the middle. Our choice was also because of location.

Here at Kelly Homes we take our business very seriously and we always welcome feedback good or bad so that we may learn from it and strengthen ourselves further - however this reviewer is a mystery to us as we received no feedback of this nature around this time or a complaint which we would always have been happy to deal with directly and face to face - indeed it seems somewhat personal, confusing and emotional rather than factual.
